Families don't find you by scrolling. They're matched to you.
Work with us and the families who reach you are already a fit — scored against your community before they ever call, briefed by our team, and holding a Match Report that spells out exactly how you meet what they asked for. Your team spends its time on tours worth taking, not on inquiries that were never going to move in.
What families receive
Every family gets a report on your community
Not a listing card. A personalized Match Report that walks their own stated needs against what you offer, line by line — theirs to save, share with siblings, and carry into the tour.
- Scored on their needs, not on ad spendCare, lifestyle, and budget and location each get their own number and a written verdict about your community specifically.
- Every match is itemizedThe specific things they asked for that you confirm — and, just as plainly, the ones you haven't.
- It walks in the door with themFamilies save it, send it to the sibling who couldn't make the call, and bring it to the tour.

Here's how this community fits what you shared in your quiz — the good and the gaps.

Ask on your tour
“Can Mom bring her cat? I didn't see a pet policy.”
The confirmed items come straight from your profile. The blank ones become questions.
Your profile
The more you publish, the more of you we can match
Our matching engine can only work with what your profile actually says. Each field you fill in is another thing we can confirm for a family who asked for it.
Every detail is something we can match on
Care and lifestyle scoring compares what a family told us they need against the services and amenities you've confirmed. A box you haven't ticked is a need we can't tell them you meet.
What you leave blank shows up too
Anything we cannot confirm prints as "Not yet confirmed" in their report — and becomes a question they bring to your admissions director on the tour.
Publish your pricing
Leave it out and the report tells families we couldn't verify their budget fit. Publish it and you get scored on the budget they actually gave us.
Name your programs and the report names them back
"Gardening club, weekly" beats "activities offered" every time. Specifics are what a report can quote — and what a family remembers.
And it pays for itself. Keeping your profile current brings your referral fee down to 50% of the first month's rent on every referral — the same work that makes you easier to match is what lowers what you owe us.
You can't buy a better ranking here — placement isn't for sale. But when two communities score the same, the one with photos, reviews, and a finished profile shows first.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How do families actually reach me?
Families take the Smart Match Quiz and get scored matches. Our team then follows up with them personally to help — so by the time a family lands on you, they have already been matched to your community and briefed on it. Tour requests come into your dashboard with their details attached.
Is my community already listed?
Search for your community on our claim page. If it's there, submit a claim request and we'll email you a claim code after a quick review. If it's not, you can register it in a few minutes.
What is a claim code?
A claim code is a unique code we send to verified community email addresses. It allows you to claim ownership of your community's profile and gain access to manage it. You'll get one after submitting a claim request for your listing.
Does filling out more of my profile improve my score?
It doesn't inflate a number — it gives us more to confirm. A family's score is built from how much of what they asked for we can verify you offer, so an empty field is a match we can't make. Placement itself is never for sale: when two communities score the same, the one with photos, reviews, and a finished profile shows first.
What does it cost?
Nothing to list, and nothing until someone moves in. We charge a referral fee on move-in, structured the way you already work — the terms are agreed with each community. Keep your profile current and that fee comes down to 50% of the first month's rent on every referral. No subscription, no per-lead charges, and no cost for the families who tour and don't move in.
How is this different from other referral services?
The fee works the way you're used to. What's different is what you get for it: families are matched to your community by what they actually told us they need, and each one arrives with a report explaining how you fit — so the tours you take are with families who already understand why they're there. And you can earn the fee down by keeping your profile current.
Can I manage multiple communities?
Yes. Our dashboard supports multi-location management. You can switch between communities and manage them all from a single account.
What information do I need to get started?
Basic information about your community: name, address, care types offered, pricing range, and photos. From there, every amenity, program, and room type you add is one more line a family's report can confirm.
